Welcome Back, Coach Ed Callaghan!
We’re thrilled to have Ed Callaghan returning to lead the Dream Big Soccer Camp! Ed brings an incredible wealth of experience and has been running week-long soccer camps in Denver for years – including coaching Mary’s own children!
Known for his exceptional ability to connect with kids, Ed fosters a genuine love for the game while helping young players significantly improve their skills. Alongside his team of coaches, many of whom hail from the UK, Ed ensures that every camper has a blast on the field.
With over 20 years of experience, Ed has coached more than 6,000 children across the U.S. A former collegiate player with two national championships under his belt, he also played semi-professionally in England. Most recently, Ed served as the Director of Coaching for the Arizona Soccer Club and now resides just outside of Phoenix with his wife and three children.
When he’s not coaching, Ed is an avid mountain biker and hiker. He’s a fan of spicy curries, never misses an opportunity to rewatch The Shawshank Redemption, and has a soft spot for Superman – for obvious reasons, being a super coach and all.
