Dream Big Boys Lacrosse Camp – August 🥍
For Boys in 1st through 6th Grade
Get ready to scoop, pass, shoot, and score at Dream Big Day Camp’s Boys Lacrosse Camp with Coach Karl Wimer (in his 12th summer with us)! This camp is designed for boys who want to learn the game, build skills, and have an action-packed week of FUN—whether it’s their first time picking up a stick or they already love lacrosse.
This half-day, 5-day camp welcomes all skill levels. We separate players by experience, so beginners learn the basics in a supportive setting while more experienced players work on advanced skills and game play. Our coaches focus on teaching lacrosse fundamentals while building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the game.
What Campers Will Learn & Experience:
Stick skills: cradling, scooping, passing and catching
Shooting techniques, hitch steps and offensive plays
Defensive positioning, slides packages, footwork and strategies
Rules, positions, field and rotation awareness
Teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence
Skill-building drills, scrimmages, “dodgeball” and competitions
And of course… FUN!
Each day includes games, challenges, snacks, Fuzzies, and lots of laughs. We keep the energy high while making sure every camper feels supported, included, and proud of their progress.
