Dream Big Basketball Camp – August
For Kids in 1st through 6th Grade
Featuring Coach Seth Fagiolle – Returning for His 5th Summer!
Dream Big Day Camp’s Basketball Camp is the perfect place for young athletes to build skills, learn the game the right way, and have an unforgettable week on the court. We’re excited to welcome back Coach Seth Fagiolle for his 5th summer, bringing experience, energy, and a passion for teaching kids of all skill levels.
This half-day, 5-day camp is open to all experience levels. Campers are grouped by skill level so beginners can master fundamentals while more advanced players sharpen technique, strategy, and game IQ.
Offensive Skills & Strategy:
Proper shooting form, footwork, and shot selection
Ball-handling drills: control, change of direction, and speed
Passing drills: spacing, timing, and court awareness
Offensive concepts including give-and-go, pick-and-roll basics, fast breaks, spacing, and motion offense
Finishing at the basket and shooting under pressure
Defensive Skills & Strategy:
Defensive stance, footwork, and positioning
On-ball and help defense concepts including a zone defense
Man-to-man defense fundamentals
Court rotations, communication, and awareness
Rebounding techniques
🏃♂️ Drills, Gameplay & Competition:
Skill stations and high-repetition drills
Small-sided games to reinforce concepts
Controlled scrimmages focused on teamwork and strategy
Shooting competitions, ball-handling challenges, and team contests
And of course… FUN!
Each day includes games, competitions, snacks, Fuzzies, and lots of laughs. Our goal is for campers to leave confident, motivated, and excited to keep playing.
