2024-2025 9th – 11th Grade Campers

It’s Time to Dream Big!

Counselors in Training (CITs) will participate in a modified staff training and then be placed in camper groups of their choice. These groups will rotate every 2-3 days. Every Friday will culminate in a peer weekly wrap up, individual evaluations and setting goals for the following week. CITs must be mature, independent and open to constructive feedback. This program is a training program and campers will not be left alone with campers. Previous experience with camp is helpful but not necessary for enrollment.

3 Weeks

  • Our signature Counselor in Training Program for High Schoolers
  • Our program is written on a 3-week rotation with each week progressing to the next
  • All campers must participate in a modified CIT training to work with campers
  • All campers will be CPR/First Aid certified
  • All campers will graduate with an all camp ceremony and diploma
  • All campers will be placed in groups as Jr Counselors
  • All campers will receive feedback multiple times/week
  • All campers will set weekly goals and problem solve with their peers
  • All campers will expand their knowledge of servant leadership, experiential learning and self efficancy

2 Weeks
